Steve’s Parking is located 150ft adjacent to Seashell Cottages is a private parking lot. Prices range from $5 to $20 a day.
Milliken Street Municipal Parking Lot is metered parking and Free after Labor Day
We can transport your guests to/from parking with our six seater golf cart taxi

For our microwedding packages(60 or less), we include tables, chairs as well as your tent, lights and dance floor.
For wedding sizes 60 to 120 we refer you to our partner vendors for rental all item needs

They include all bedding, towels, pots/pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. Please bring pool/beach towels.

We have a pool, multiple sitting areas, gazebos, a wood burning firepit and several propane firepits

Seashell Cottages and Events does not provide catering. Our Favorite Vendors page has a list of recommended caterers, but you may use the caterer of your choice. Our only requirements are that they are licensed, provide proof of insurance, and agree to our venue policies.
We offer a dedicated area for caterers with a separate entrance. Our amenities include running water access, electricity and covered tent as needed.
We also allow food trucks on the property with ample space along the paved area leading to the reception space.

You may select the event professionals of your choice. The only requirements are that they are licensed, provide proof of insurance, and agree to our venue policies.

To ensure that your day runs smoothly, we require that you provide a wedding planner or day-of wedding coordinator. We do have our in-house coordinator, Megan- who is super familiar with our property! Our Favorite Vendors list includes wedding coordinators who are familiar with our venue.

There are numerous transportation options to transport you and your guests to your location and back to Seashell Cottages for the Party!

With our multi-night packages, it allows you freedom to have your rehearsal and/or dinner right here on the premises.

With checkout time, not until Noon, this gives you ample time to have a farewell brunch with your guests.
