How many bathrooms will be available for our event?
We will provide 2 porta potties which will be located behind the pool. And the bathrooms in your cottages would be available if you choose to use them.
When would we be able to start setup?
Thursday morning.
When does everything need to be removed from the property when our event is completed?
We would need everything removed by Monday morning at the latest.
When can we check into our cottages?
Thursday @ Noon.
When is checkout?
4pm on Sunday.
Is there a quiet hour start time?
Yes it begins at 10 PM.
Will we be the only guests on the property for our event?
Yes, you will have the full property for the time reserved. This includes the pool, grills, gazebos and cottages. The main house on the property you will not have access to as we live there year round.
Are there kitchens in the cottages?
Yes there are kitchens with a full size refrigerator, sink, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee pots (including coffee), and a 2 burner hot plate.
Are sheets and bedding included?
Yes you will have sheets, blankets, pillows, and bedspreads ready for use when you arrive.
Are towels available?
Yes shower towels and kitchen towels are available for you. However beach and pool towels are not provided.
What are the pool hours?
9 AM – 9 PM. Pool will be closed during the time of the actual event.
What size tent can the space accommodate?
30’ x 60’ up to approximately 110 people.
Are there grills to use while staying at the property?
Yes there are 2 gas grills that are available for use.
